“Ella is the best! For background, I like to look good - but I'm not that good at - clothes shopping. I end up purchasing stuff that's too similar to what I already have and wasting money and effort. Ella's been my personal shopper for the past year and a half. She's incredibly efficient and effective. Before our first shopping experience, I created a pinterest board and told her my shopping goals. I wanted casual clothing for work that was incredibly versatile... to wake up, pick a pair of jeans, a shirt and boots and run out the door.

I had a 3 hour shopping sync with her. We met at Bloomingdales and she had ~30 shirts and 10 pairs of jeans already picked out --all to my style, but also pushing me a little out of my comfort zone. It was amazing to try so many things on and actually like most of them! The challenge was whittling down to what I was going to purchase. Subsequently I've had 2-3 more sessions with her, and she's helped me pick out a leather jacket, jewelry, and other new specific clothing pieces.

She's also super cool, very chill, and easy to get along with --but has a clear POV. She's not afraid to tell you that ‘it doesn't look good’ -which is exactly what you want. I go to her 2-3x per year and look forward to continuing to shop with her for years to come!”
